Our Bachelor of Science (Honours) Psychology graduate, Lavanya Singh’s dissertation research has been published in one of the top journals in Psychology disciplines, titled “Appetite”.
The research paper explores how the distinction between animals that humans consume (AHCs) and pet animals influence meat eaters’ and non-meat eaters’ perceived mind attribution on animals and moral disengagement.
It is an achievement for our Psychology student, as ISI (Institute of Scientific Information)-cited journals are deemed to be good quality academic papers. Special thanks to Dr Austin Ang, Lecturer at School of Psychology, for helping with the edit!
