The Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Top Up) is a globally recognised postgraduate qualification for ambitious, motivated graduates. It is intended for individuals who do not have any previous business or management experience and aspire to be a business professional. The MBA is designed to develop a broad range of skills required for careers in business and management and exposes you to many areas of business including business strategy, finance, marketing, operations management and human resources management.

Students holding the TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership (PGDMSL) are eligible for credit exemption and will study the following modules:
Strategy and Decision Making
Practical Data Analysis for Business
Major Project (Standard)
Course Assessment
Assignments and Dissertation.

Academic Qualifications
TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership or equivalent
English Proficiency
If English is not your first language, you will be required to have any of the following or equivalent:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma where medium of instruction is English
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
Attend and pass EAP up to Level 4 with final score >60%

Any of the following or equivalent:

Mature Candidates
Mature Candidates of ≥30 years old with 8 years of work experience may be admitted in lieu of academic qualification
